Frequently asked questions
Which transport types are there?
Full truckload, part load, general cargo and pallets, refrigerated transport, express, additional load and return freight, and containers.
Is a commission charged on the freight?
No. The platform is financed through subscriptions, not a percentage freight commission. All prices are net prices.
In which currency, and is VAT added?
All prices are in euros and net, statutory VAT is added, no matter which country the freight and the offer come from. Shippers and carriers settle the tax on the transport between themselves; the platform issues no freight invoices.
Can I also award freight to other countries?
Yes. The platform can be used across Europe: pickup and delivery can be in any supported country, including different countries.
How do I know whom I can trust?
All companies are checked before activation. After every completed order, both sides rate each other. The ratings become visible at the same time so that nobody rates out of revenge.
