For every shipment the platform checks whether it fits your fleet and shows each individual check:
- Transport type and vehicle category
- Payload, pallets and loading metres
- Equipment such as refrigeration or a tail lift
If vehicle details are missing, the match is explicitly marked provisional. So you decide transparently instead of by gut feeling.
